You can book directly through our website if online booking is available for the property.
You can also contact us with your preferred property, travel dates and number of guests. We will confirm availability, total price, payment details and any important conditions before the booking is confirmed.

A booking is normally confirmed with a 30% reservation payment.
The remaining 70% is normally paid no later than 1 month before check-in, unless something else has been agreed in writing.
Your booking is confirmed when the reservation payment has been received and the booking details have been accepted.
If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. The 30% reservation payment is non-refundable. This payment reserves the property for your dates, and the property is taken off the market for other potential guests.
Any amount already paid is normally non-refundable, unless something else has been agreed in writing.
We always recommend that guests have valid travel insurance. In many cases, travel insurance may cover cancellation costs if there is a valid reason, such as illness or other covered events. Please check this with your insurance provider before travelling.
Yes. A refundable security deposit is always required.
The security deposit is normally between €400 and €800, depending on the size and type of property. The security deposit is paid at check-in.
At check-in, we normally go through the property together with the guest, review and sign the inventory list, and collect the deposit.
The deposit is returned after check-out, provided there are no damages, missing items, extra cleaning costs or other agreed charges.
The security deposit is used as security for damages, missing keys, missing inventory, extra cleaning, unpaid electricity where agreed, or other costs that are not considered normal wear and tear.
Normal use of the property is accepted. The deposit is only used if there are damages, missing items or costs caused during the stay.
Standard check-in is normally from 17:00, and check-out is normally no later than 10:00, unless something else has been agreed in advance.
These times are especially important during the high season, when we often have check-out and check-in on the same day and need enough time for cleaning and preparing the property for the next guest.
If you need an earlier check-in or later check-out, please ask us in advance. We will try to help where possible, but it depends on availability and the cleaning schedule.
Check-in details are normally sent before arrival, after the booking is confirmed and the required payment information has been completed.
We may also ask for your arrival time or flight number, so we can plan the check-in properly.
Late check-in may be possible, but it must be agreed in advance. For check-in after 21:00, a late check-in fee of €60 applies. This is normally paid at check-in.
Yes, final cleaning is normally included in the rental price, unless something else has been agreed. The property must still be left in a respectful condition.
Extra cleaning may be charged if the property is left very dirty, with rubbish, stains, damage or mess beyond normal use.
In most properties, bed linen and towels are included for the number of guests in the booking. Beach towels are normally not included unless this is clearly stated in the property information.
Electricity is usually included for normal holiday use. For longer stays, winter rentals or special agreements, electricity may be charged separately based on consumption. This will always be clarified before booking.
Yes. Guests may be required to provide passport or ID information before or at check-in. This is part of the guest registration process required for many rental stays in Spain.
We normally use WhatsApp for fast and easy communication before and during the stay. We recommend that guests download WhatsApp before arrival.
It makes it easier to share arrival details, location, check-in information and quick updates during the stay.
Before arrival, you will receive the contact details for the person responsible for your check-in and guest support.

Contact us as soon as possible. We will try to solve the issue quickly, either with simple instructions or by contacting a local service provider if needed.
Please inform us immediately. Small accidents can happen, but we need to know quickly so the issue can be fixed before the next guest arrives. Damage may be deducted from the security deposit.
Pets are only allowed if agreed in advance. Some properties do not allow pets due to owner rules, community rules or allergy reasons. Please always ask before booking.
No. Parties, events and loud music are strictly not allowed. Most properties are located in residential communities, and guests must respect neighbours, community rules and quiet hours.
Yes. We have many properties available for winter rentals and longer stays during the winter season. Many homes can be rented for 1–6 months, and prices are normally significantly reduced for longer stays outside the high season. Contact us with your preferred dates, budget and area, and we will check suitable options.
Yes! Many of our properties are close to beaches, restaurants, shopping, golf courses and family activities on Costa Blanca.
If you need recommendations for restaurants, beaches, golf, shopping, activities for children or places to visit during your stay, feel free to ask us. We are happy to share local tips based on the area where you are staying.
The security deposit is normally returned after check-out, once the property has been checked. If there are no damages, missing items, extra cleaning costs or unpaid agreed charges, the deposit will be refunded according to the agreed payment method.
Before check-out, please make sure you:
• Take out the rubbish
• Wash used kitchen items
• Turn off air conditioning and lights
• Close windows and doors
• Leave keys as agreed
• Report any damages or issues
The property does not need to be professionally cleaned, but it must be left in a respectful condition.
