The team behind the company has more than 10 years of experience from the real estate market in Spain, especially in areas such as Orihuela Costa, La Zenia, Playa Flamenca, Cabo Roig and Punta Prima. The rental company itself was started in 2020 and has grown steadily since then.

We focus on holiday rentals, long-term winter rentals, property management and practical follow-up of properties in Spain. During the winter season, many of our properties are also rented out for longer stays between 2 and 6 months.

For us, trust, local knowledge and availability are very important, and we believe it makes a big difference having a local team based here on the Costa Blanca South.

We are available both for homeowners and guests before, during and after their stay. Whether it is check-in, questions during the holiday, property follow-up or practical assistance, we try to be easy to reach and help when needed.

Berg Spain is a Spanish registered company with Norwegian and Spanish ownership. We speak Norwegian, English and Spanish, and work daily with both Scandinavian and international clients.

Homeowners also get access to their own owner portal where they can follow bookings, blocked dates and upcoming stays at any time.

Berg Spain was previously known as Berg Feriebolig and now continues under a new name and profile on the Costa Blanca South.
