2. Reservations
To secure a reservation at Lopez Lundberg España1 SL, a non-refundable deposit equivalent to 50% of the total stay will be required. This deposit must be paid at the time of booking.
Rates and availability are subject to change and may vary without prior notice.
3. Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the arrival date will result in a penalty equivalent to 50% of the initial deposit. The remaining 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
Cancellations made within 14 days before the arrival date are non-refundable and the initial deposit will not be returned.
Cancellations made within 48 hours before the arrival date will result in a penalty of 100% of the initial deposit and will not be returned.
4. Modifications
Modifications to booking dates may be subject to availability and could involve adjustments in rates. It is recommended to make such modifications well in advance to avoid penalties.
5. No-show
No-show without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation within 48 hours before arrival. Consequently, 100% of the initial deposit will be retained and no refunds will be made.
6. Payment Policy
The initial deposit will be deducted from the total amount of the stay, which must be paid in full at the time of check-in.
